Yu-Gi-Oh! Destiny Stories: Chiasa Idane
COMPLETE! Ready for review
--- Character Snapshot ---
She has white hair with a hint of silver. This is her naturally occuring hair color and, aside from the occasionaly times when she'll dye the tips jet black, is completely flawless. Her eyes are blue and her face is usually set in an expression between solemn and interested. She normally wears a traditional school uniform: blue skirt, white blouse, large red ribbon on the front, flats, and cross earrings. When not in class, and not around the church, her attire changes. She wears a black leather jacket, white undershirt, black paints that look almost sprayed on, and high-heeled boots. She also changes her earings for silver hoops.
Occasionally she adds to either outfit with a set of sunglasses. Her eyes are impossible to see at this point.
--- Personality ---
She presents a few faces faces. The one she shows at school is quiet, polite, and the perfect student. When she duels, a different person emerges. She is cold and will not flinch in the face of an obstacle to her goals. She can be merciless and ruthless, and occasionally some of the other students have seen a very wicked grin that is out of place on the sweet, gentle girl they know.
Rarely there is a third side shown. When she is certain she's alone, she will have moments of pure and utter terror, nearing hyperventilation if someone doesn't find her.
--- Background ---
Chiasa was abandoned as a child at the front door to a local church. She was quiet the whole night. She didn't cry. She didn't fuss, she just slept intil morning when the doors were opened and the archbishop found the small bundle. He took her in and raised her as a daughter, able to support her and raise her through support from various benefactors within the church. As she grew older, it became increasingly obvious she had mastered many masks, so many so that some can say they've never seen her real personality. If anyone knew why she wore the masks, the questions about what her personality really is might subside.
When she was nine, she was brought face-to-face with the cold truth of reality when she was witness to a gruesome murder. The part that affected her the most was that it was the same achbishop who took her in was the murderer. When it came time to testify there was a push to get her on the stand to testify, but she didn't recall any of it, having pushed it deep into her subconscious. He was found guilty and they took her from the church. The only things she has left of the church is her deck of Gargoyles, reminiscent of the statues that sat atop the church.
